Thanks for your feedback! Let me clarify: The promotion consists of two steps for each participant: STEP 1: Profile Pitch The LinkedIn® profile of the participant will be analyzed on the basis of predefined parameters and scored with respect to four key features: mobility, quality, security, touch. The user will receive an overall score and – according to his main focus – be assigned to one of the four key features. Every two weeks a STYLISTIC Q550 will be raffled among all LinkedIn® users who performed the Profile Check within the last two weeks for the first time. STEP 2: Participants can invite their contacts by email or direct message via their LinkedIn account to build a two-man-team together and challange other teams. Teams can then collect points by challenging other participating teams in “Profile Pitches”.Team scores in all four categories (mobiliy, quality, security, touch) will be compared, with the higher score winning the category. The participating teams will be awarded with points according to the following pattern. At the end of each of the seven weekly competitions, all points collected by a team in Profile Pitches will be added to form their “overall competition score”, and all participating teams will be displayed in a ranking list and scoreboard according to their overall competition score on the project website www.profile-pitch.com. The ranking between equal scoring teams will be chosen by lottery. Important note: Employees of the Fujitsu group, LinkedIn and agencies acting on behalf of Fujitsu are excluded from participation in the promotion, as well as members of their immediate family (spouse and parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees. Please have a look at the Terms and Conditions for details: http://profile-pitch.com/downloads/WBG-62-E12-3_3.doc best, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Why fujitsu employees cannot be a part of this competition, as it does not give any preference to them. It simply based on the linked in profile of an indiviual. Regards, Prerna

Hi Daniel, Thanks for the information, as I somehow missed the point on the terms & conditions sheet. But, I fail to understand, why are the 'Fujitsians' not allowed to participate in the competetion. The competetion is solely based on your linked in profile and being part of the Fujitsu family may not make any difference to the competetion -- Regards, Narendra Agarwal

Hi Prerna & Narendra Agarwal, running such a competition we have to follow different legal regulations in different countries as well as internal guidelines. Furthermore with this competition we want to give our customers the chance to win the prizes. thanks for asking -Daniel

If i make some changes in my profile in the middle of the week, how do I make it reflect in the profile score?

Dear Kapil arya, to enable equal opportunities for newly participating teams, the scores of all teams who already participated in a previous competition will be reset at the beginning of each new competition – with all points received in past Profile Pitches being canceled. However, the current LinkedIn profiles of all team members will be automatically re-analyzed, and previously participating teams will be assigned new team scores based on a recalculation of their current LinkedIn profile information. For more details, plesase have a look at the terms and conditions.

Dear Daniel, i was going through the terms &conditions and came across "Except for teams who already won a 1st prize (one (1) LIFEBOOK per each team member) in any of the previous competitions, all teams may repeatedly take part in future competitions;" Week 1 winner was "Initech" and they were still there in competition in week 2, where they came IInd. Please help me understand. thanks & regards Kapil

Dear Kapil you are right! The system should automatically exclude the winner of the first prize (and btw a winner of a 2nd or 3rd prize also can´t win the same prize again) Obviously this doesn’t worked. We apologize for this. We will adjust this for week #2, so the winner of the 3rd prize will get the 2nd prize, followed by a new 3rd placed team.

Hi, My team-mate changed his profile picture in the earlier week. However, even when the new week started his picture still shows blank which means the profiles were not assessed properly. This can lead to discrepancies. Please explain why this happened? Also, What does Touch, Mobility, Quality and Security associate with in our profiles. How do we better our profiles? Awaiting your revert Regards, Radhika

Hi, one of the reasons for this could be the privacy settings of the profile from your team member. Another reason could be, it takes some time until the API updates the new picture. Values: If you like to stay in touch with people on linkedin, then your "Touch" value is most likely very strong. But we can not reveal the exact calculation behind the values to avoid cheating. Thanks for your understanding. best, Daniel
